Colby Historic Renovation -- Interior

A historic six unit apartment building originally built in 1900 located south of downtown Everett is converted to law office. New exterior additions include front stamped concrete walkway, sidewalks, steps, ADA ramp and hand railings. Interior additions include new conference room, restrooms, lounge area, reception area and offices. Photos of renovated areas are followed by photos of that area during construction.

Interior additions include new conference room, restrooms, lounge area, reception area and offices. Updated entrance with new entry from street, addition of new patio, new front door.

• The existing kitchen and dining room were expanded with this addition.

Updated bathroom with new shower, sink and base cabinet with tilework and added heated tile flooring
