This 1923 historic building just north of downtown Everett, is transformed into a modern office space in a full scale interior renovation while keeping its historic character.
New offices and hallways were designed replicating the same woodwork and architectural details of the original building. This project was extensive with the addition of new offices, custom work stations, new hallways and staircases. The first few photos highlight the project while the remainder show the whole project and attention to detail involved.
